Certain sub-domains, country-specific pages, or services accessible through this Site may be governed by additional terms and conditions specific to the applicable jurisdiction, entity, or service.

User Agreement

This User Agreement (”Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions on which Arabian Experience shall provide the Services to the User. This agreement incorporates the terms and conditions for ArabianExperience.com to provide services to the User of this website (”the User”) and any person(s) availing services from Arabian Experience shall be deemed to have read, understood and expressly accepted these terms and conditions, which shall govern the desired transaction or provision of such services by Arabian Experience for all purposes and shall be binding on the User. All rights and liabilities of the User and/or Arabian Experience with respect to any services to be provided by Arabian Experience shall be restricted to the scope of this agreement. Arabian Experience reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the access to any or all Arabian Experience websites and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. In addition to this Agreement and depending on the Services opted for by the User, the User shall be required to read and accept the relevant terms and conditions for such Service. Such terms and conditions shall be deemed to be a part of this Agreement and in the event of a conflict between such terms and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

User represent and confirm that the User is of legal age to enter into a binding contract and is not a person barred from using the Website and/or receiving the Services under the laws of India or other applicable law.

Site and its Contents

This Site is only for your personal use. The User agrees and undertakes not to sell, trade or resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service. User shall not distribute, exchange, modify, sell or transmit anything you copy from this Site, including but not limited to any text, images, audio and video, for any business, commercial or public purpose. Access to certain areas of the Site may only be available to registered members. To become a registered member, you may be required to answer certain questions. Answers to such questions may be mandatory and/or optional. You represent and warrant that all information you supply to us, about the user and others, is true and accurate.

Arabian Experience reserves the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees based on certain completed transactions using the services. Arabian Experience further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time, without notice.

The content on this Site, mobile application, social media are provided for general information and booking purposes only.
Arabian Experience reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site or services without prior notice.
Users shall not misuse the Site by introducing viruses, malicious code, unauthorized access attempts or unlawful activities.
Arabian Experience does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Site.

All trademarks, logos, content, graphics and materials on this Site are owned by or licensed to Arabian Experience and protected by applicable laws.
No material from this Site may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written approval.

Purchase & Booking Terms

By proceeding with any booking, purchase, reservation, inquiry or payment through this website or through any Arabian Experience platform, branch, representative or payment link, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all travel products and services, including but not limited to flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, insurance, transportation, cruises, activities, meetings, events and related services, are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant airline, hotel, mission, supplier or service provider and may change without prior notice until final booking confirmation and service issuance are completed.
All bookings are subject to the specific terms, conditions, fare rules, cancellation policies, amendment rules and limitations imposed by the respective service provider(s), which may vary depending on the product, destination, travel date, fare type, promotional conditions and supplier policies.
Any additional requirements or requests must be made at the time of booking. Fulfillment of such requests is not guaranteed and depends on the service provider’s policies.
Arabian Experience acts as an intermediary and facilitator for such travel-related products and services and shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, rescheduling, overbooking, denial of service, supplier insolvency or operational decisions of third-party service providers.
Arabian Experience shall not be held liable for personal injuries, illnesses, or damages sustained during services booked through Arabian Experience, except as required by applicable law.

Refunds, Cancellations & Amendments

Arabian Experience offers customer support for queries, amendments, cancellations and refunds during business hours or within operating hours. Customers may contact Arabian Experience through the provided communication channels for assistance.
Arabian Experience does not guarantee that any booking may be amended, cancelled, refunded or transferred unless explicitly stated in the quotation and/or service voucher.
Refund eligibility, cancellation charges, amendment fees, processing timelines and applicable deductions shall be governed by the rules and policies of the respective airline, hotel, service provider, or relevant supplier.
Certain bookings, fares, promotional offers, convenience fees, processing fees, visa fees, taxes or service charges may be wholly or partially non-refundable. Amendment or cancellation fees may range from a nominal service fee to the total booking value. Amendments may involve an adjustment to the original fare or tariff, which will be applied in addition to the service fee.
Any refund request shall be processed only after receipt and confirmation of funds from the relevant supplier or service provider, wherever applicable. Amendment and cancellation requests are subject to feasibility, supplier approval, applicable charges, and prevailing policies at the time of request.
Arabian Experience reserves the right to deduct applicable service charges, administrative fees, bank charges, gateway charges, cancellation fees, supplier penalties, foreign exchange differences and any other applicable costs incurred in relation to the booking or refund process.
A “No Show” refers to last-minute cancellations or failing to attend a booked service. Such services are either non-amendable or non-refundable, with appropriate charges applied.
Refund timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on supplier processing timelines, banking systems, payment providers, card issuers and regulatory procedures. Refunds that remain unclaimed within 364 days of the request will not be available for claims beyond this period.
Refunds will only be paid back to or credited to the service beneficiary or in the original payment form. No refunds shall be issued to third parties. Refunds for payments made via credit cards, vouchers, etc., will be credited in the same format. Cash refunds are not permitted for such transactions. Refunds will be processed after deducting service charges and intermediary fees for electronic payments.

Pricing & Payment

By making any payment through the website, payment link, mobile application or any electronic channel of Arabian Experience, the customer confirms that they are duly authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize Arabian Experience to process the transaction for the applicable booking, service, fees, charges and related costs.
All prices, quotations, fares, rates and availability displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice until full payment and final confirmation are completed.
Arabian Experience reserves the right to cancel, refuse or reverse any booking or transaction in the event of pricing errors, technical issues, suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, regulatory restrictions or supplier-related changes beyond its reasonable control.
Payments made through credit cards, debit cards, Tabby, STCPay, ApplePay, SamsungPay, BenefitPay, online payment gateways, bank transfers or other payment methods are subject to verification and approval by the relevant financial institutions and payment service providers.
Currency conversion rates, foreign exchange fluctuations, bank charges, intermediary fees and international transaction fees applied by banks, card issuers or payment providers shall be solely borne by the customer.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Customers shall not initiate improper or fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for validly processed and confirmed transactions.
Arabian Experience reserves the right to provide booking records, confirmations, communication records, transaction logs, IP details, traveler information and related documents to banks, payment processors, airlines, authorities, or dispute-resolution entities for verification, fraud prevention, chargeback defense and legal compliance purposes.
In the event of any wrongful or fraudulent chargeback, Arabian Experience reserves the right to recover all associated losses, penalties, legal costs, bank charges, and administrative expenses from the customer.

Limitation of Liability

Arabian Experience acts solely as an intermediary and facilitator for travel-related products and services provided by third-party airlines, hotels, transport operators, visa service providers, insurance companies, tour operators and other suppliers. Arabian Experience shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, deficiencies, delays, cancellations, rescheduling, denial of service, overbooking, supplier insolvency, force majeure events, governmental actions, travel restrictions or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents, including passports, visas, permits, ETA and identification cards. Arabian Experience is not liable for losses, cancellations or denied services due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
Arabian Experience does not warrant that the website, booking platform, payment gateway or related systems will operate uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from technical failures, delays, viruses or unauthorized access.
Arabian Experience assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in this site or your downloading of any materials, data, text or images from the site. Neither Arabian Experience nor any third-party providers or distributors warrant that this site, its servers or any e-mail sent from Arabian Experience are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personal and booking information provided is accurate and up to date. Arabian Experience is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information.
Customers must adhere to all rules, regulations, policies and conditions of carriage set by service providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transportation companies, event venue and tour operators.
Customers confirm that they are not subject to any applicable sanctions, travel restrictions, prohibited country regulations, anti-money laundering restrictions or other legal prohibitions that may prevent Arabian Experience from providing the requested services.

Privacy & Data Protection

Customer information may be collected, used, processed, and shared with relevant suppliers, service providers, payment processors, regulatory authorities, and affiliated entities for booking fulfillment, operational, compliance, fraud prevention, and customer service purposes, in accordance with Arabian Experience’s Privacy Policy available at https://itlworld.com/privacy-policy

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the respective country/entity through which the booking or service is provided by Arabian Experience.

If any dispute, claim or controversy arises between the User and Arabian Experience in connection with or arising out of the use of this Site, bookings, services or related transactions, the parties shall first endeavor to resolve such dispute amicably through mutual discussions and good faith negotiations. If the dispute remains unresolved within thirty (30) days from the date of written notice of the dispute, the same shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent commercial courts in the country and jurisdiction from which the relevant service or booking was provided by Arabian Experience. Proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.

General Provisions

User may travel to certain destinations which involve greater risks than others, entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences. Arabian Experience recommends user to consult your local authorities and evaluate travel prohibitions, warning, announcements and advisories issued by them before booking travel to certain international destinations. By offering for sale travel to particular international destinations, Arabian Experience does not represent or warrant that travel to such point is advisable or without risk. Arabian Experience does not accept liability for damages, losses, or delays that may result from improper documents for entry, exit, length of stay or from travel to such destinations. Arabian Experience reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any material posted herein, in any respect. Arabian Experience shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith. Arabian Experience reserves its right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to this Site or any portion hereof without notice. No waiver by Arabian Experience of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be binding except as set forth in writing and signed by its duly authorized representative.

None of the provisions of this Agreement, terms and conditions, notices or the right to use the Website by the User contained herein or any other section or pages of the Website and/or the Linked Sites, shall be deemed to constitute a partnership between the User and Arabian Experience and no party shall have any authority to bind or shall be deemed to be the agent of the other in any way.

Arabian Experience reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms shall become effective upon publication on the website or other official communication channels of Arabian Experience. The User shall be responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.
